Its the Shower!
Nowhere in the world - and I have been to a few places already - have I found this sort of ELECTRIC inline water heater. I submit it might not be the most safest of installations. Standing nekkid in a dribbling shower with bare wires holding up an electric device (Note - NO ground fault interrupter!!!) in ankle deep pool of water is a scary proposition in any regard.
The showerhead functions on water volume. So to ACTUALLY get hot water, necessary to keep the water flow to just over dribble level. Thus to actually rinse the soap from underarms or the magic crack in the rear; there are two options, neither of which are truly exciting: 1) stay in a dribble waiting for the soap to slowly drain meanwhile risking long-term hypothermia due to shower-nekkidness or 2) increase shower flow and quickly hose off in a jet of cold water (neatly defeating the purpose of this water HEATER).
Ultimately it might just be better to go for a swim in the lake.

Nulle part ailleurs dans le monde, et j’ai déjà visité pas mal d’endroits,
je n’ai vu ce genre d’installation électrique en relation avec un chauffe-eau.
J’imagine que ce ne doit pas être l’installation la plus sûre en terme de
sécurité. Debout, nu, sous un filet d’eau avec une barre en fer tenant un dispositif électrique
(à savoir qu’il n’y a pas d’interrupteur!!!) de l’eau jusqu’à la cheville, est
une position effrayante.
La tête de douche fonctionne selon le volume d’eau. Alors, en
fait, pour avoir de l’eau chaude, il faut garder la pression de l’eau à peine
plus forte qu’un filet. Ainsi, pour rincer le savon du dessous des bras ou du
derrière des oreilles, il y a 2 options, ni l’une ni l’autre n’est vraiment réjouissante.
1) rester dans sous un filet d’eau en
attendant que le savon s’en aille et en prenant le risque d’une hypothermie ou
2) augmenter la pression de la douche et rapidement se jetter dans un jet d’eau
froide (ce qui va parfaitement à l’encontre de l’intérêt de ce chauffe-eau)
En fin de compte, c’est peut-être préférable d’opter pour une
baignade dans le lac…

Yes, we are also very very afraid of getting an electrical shock from it!! I'd also notice that the light in the bathroom gets dimmer whenever the heater is in use!
